Our custom forms include:
- An easy-to-use interface with drag and drop and flexible field configuration
- A variety of field types (text, single/multiple choice, email, text area, range)
- Validators for those field types (min/max length, min/max count, email, URL, number)
- reCAPTCHA protection out of the box
- Data viewable right in the interface or and exportable as a CSV file
- An extension of our current exam/desk copy request feature: now fully customizable
